What happens next

  1. 1 We read it and reply during business hours, usually the same day. If anything in the request is ambiguous, the first reply is a question rather than a quote.
  2. 2 We confirm the device count — including servers and any machines used from home, which are the two most commonly missed categories.
  3. 3 You get an itemised quote: product, seat count, term, unit price, total. Usually more than one option, with a plain statement of which we would choose and why.
  4. 4 If you go ahead, licences arrive by email. If you do not, we do not chase you. There is no drip sequence and no sales call.
