About Corelink LLC

What Corelink does

Corelink LLC licenses endpoint security software to small businesses in the United States with 5 to 50 computers, and resells consumer antivirus licences as a secondary line. We quote it, buy it, deliver it by email, and come back before it expires with a renewal quote you have time to think about. That is the whole business.

We are not an IT provider. We do not install software, administer consoles, connect to customer machines, or provide technical support for the products we sell — support comes from the publisher, under the terms of the product. Where we say we will do something, it is because we can.

How we buy and deliver

We buy licences through authorized United States distributors and vendor partner programs. We do not buy licence keys on secondary markets, from grey-market key resellers, or from anywhere that cannot show a chain back to the publisher. Cheap keys from unverifiable sources get revoked, and the customer discovers it at the worst possible moment.

Delivery is electronic, to the email address on your order, usually with the publisher's console details alongside the key. Our delivery policy sets out what arrives and what to do if it does not.

Licences are registered in the customer's name, not ours. If you buy your next renewal somewhere else, the account and the console stay with you. We think that is the only defensible way to sell software, and it is worth asking any reseller the same question.

Where we stand with publishers

Corelink is an independent reseller. We are building distributor and vendor partner relationships, and until a publisher authorizes us in writing we will not describe ourselves as an authorized reseller of that brand, use its logo, or imply a relationship we do not have.

These are the product families we quote and renew. They are listed in plain text, without logos, deliberately:

• Bitdefender — Romanian security publisher with a business product line managed from a single web console, widely used by small firms that want one place to see every machine.
• ESET — Slovak publisher known for light system impact, which matters on the older desktop machines still common in small offices.
• Malwarebytes — United States publisher often run alongside or in place of a traditional antivirus product, with a business console for centrally managed endpoints.
• Norton — Long-established consumer brand, now part of Gen Digital, with small-business licence packs sold in per-device quantities.
• McAfee — Consumer security brand whose multi-device subscriptions are frequently found already installed on machines a small office bought at retail.
• Sophos — British publisher whose endpoint product is managed entirely from a hosted console and is common in firms that already outsource IT.
• Trend Micro — Japanese publisher with a hosted small-business endpoint product aimed at offices without dedicated IT staff.
• Webroot — United States publisher, part of OpenText, with a small endpoint agent frequently bundled by managed service providers.

When a person answers

Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm Eastern. Quote requests sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day. There is no chatbot, no ticket queue, and no offshore call centre — at this size, the person who answers is the person who prepared your quote.

Who you are dealing with

Corelink is run by Peggy Good-Baer, Managing Member. A company this size should say who is behind it. If something goes wrong with an order there is a named person responsible for putting it right, rather than a support queue.
